The Kitchen Incubator functions as a business incubator, training center, and community space, all focused on culinary industries and health. We nurture small catering and culinary businesses which ultimately will lead to new restaurant and Catering start-ups, Bakeries, and Food Trucks. The businesses will generate sufficient income to be sustainable over time once graduating from the program.
